Customization Process

 

1，Customer Raises Requirements:
Customer communicates their specific requirements to the factory.
Including style, material, size, color, quantity, accessories and other requirements

2，Factory Provides Quotation:
Factory evaluates the requirements and offers a quotation to the customer.

3，Customer Pays Sample Customization Fee:
The sample customization fee will be deducted from the bulk order.
If you do not need to customize samples, there will be no sample customization fee

4，Customer Provides LOGO File:
If you need us to design a logo, please provide a case reference of the effect you want.
Logo design is free

5，Factory Sends Design for Customer Confirmation:
Factory generates a design and sends it to the customer for approval.


6，Customer Confirms Design:
We will modify the design documents multiple times according to customer requirements
until customer is satisfied

7，Customer reviews and confirms the design.

8，Sample Production Begins:
Factory initiates the production of samples based on the approved design.

9，Customer Confirms Sample:
Customer receives and approves the produced samples.
If the customer is not satisfied
We will modify the sample until the customer is satisfied

10，Customer Pays Deposit:
Customer pays the agreed-upon deposit to initiate the production of the full order.

11，Factory Initiates Order Production:
Factory begins the production of the customer's order.
During production we will send pictures and videos of the production process to customers

12，Order Completion:
The factory completes the production of the entire order.

13，Customer Pays Final Payment:
Customer makes the final payment, settling any remaining balance.

14，Factory Ships Order:
Upon receiving the final payment, the factory ships the completed order.

15，Customer Receives Goods:

16，Customer receives and inspects the delivered goods.

17，Factory Conducts Follow-Up:
The factory follows up with the customer for feedback and satisfaction.
Customer Satisfaction Confirmed:

18，Customer expresses satisfaction with the received goods and services.
